Pre-Showcase 2025 Intensives

Back by popular demand, we will again offer Pre-Showcase Intensive sessions! This year, we will be offering two all-day intensives. All Pre-Showcase Intensives take place on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the Westin Crown Center in Kansas City, MO.

Person-Centered Systems & Organizational Transformation: Through the Lens of Charting the LifeCourse

Kick off the tenth annual Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) Showcase with an interactive session focused on person-centered systems and organizational transformation. Leaders and practitioners will share real-world examples, strategies, and stories of how CtLC is reshaping organizations and creating meaningful change at every level—from internal alignment to practice-level touch points with people and families. You’ll leave with fresh ideas, practical steps to apply in your own work, and connections with peers who share your goals—setting the stage for deeper conversations throughout the Showcase.

Charting the LifeCourse Fundamentals: A Person-Centered Framework

This course gives professionals hands-on experience with the guiding principles of the Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) Framework. By applying CtLC tools to yourself, you’ll see the framework’s impact in action, spark fresh perspectives, and uncover new ways to support others in living their good life. Even if you’ve used CtLC before, this updated course offers a fresh, deep dive into the thinking behind the framework—making it a must-experience for both newcomers and seasoned users.
