Self-Determination, Leadership, and Advocacy
Self-advocates, leaders, allies and grassroots organizations who are integrating CtLC into training and leadership development to build the capacity of people and families in exploration, planning, problem-solving, and advocacy skills.
Family Support
Advocates, leaders, and family organizations who integrate CtLC in practices and programs to support families by providing information and skills training, opportunities for connection and networking, and/or tangible goods and services.
Case Management/Service Coordination
Support coordinators, case managers, their supervisors and others who facilitate person-centered planning, focusing on integrating CtLC into problem-solving and planning discussions, and meeting federal and state service system requirements.
Direct Service Provision
Direct service providers, managers, and organizational leaders using CtLC to support individuals with problem-solving and planning for achieving personal goals and outcomes, enhance staff recruitment and training, quality assurance and evaluation and organize decision making and strategic planning.
Education and Transition
Teachers, transition specialists, administrators, job coaches and professors integrating the framework and tools in school settings to enhance self-determination, self-advocacy and problem-solving skills and to support the formal IEP and transition planning processes.
Front Door to Support
Information and Referral Specialists, Navigators, Options Counselors, and others using CtLC to enhance informing, problem-solving and navigating the formal and informal services and supports at the front door of systems, or before entering a formal system of supports.
