Sean Roy is the Chief Training and Innovation Officer for TransCen Inc. In that role he coordinates and provides training and technical assistance to schools, vocational rehabilitation, employment providers and policy makers nationally that promotes meaningful work and community inclusion for individuals with disabilities. Sean is the sibling of an adult with developmental disabilities and has many years’ experience advocating for families and family partnerships. He feels a strong connection to Charting the Life Course and views it as the ideal way for organizations to examine and reimagine service delivery. Sean lives with his wife and 2 teenage boys in suburban Minneapolis. In his free time, he likes to golf, visit breweries, and travel.
