Scholarships are available for family members and self-advocates to attend the Charting the LifeCourse Showcase taking place at the Sheraton Crown Center in Kansas City, MO, April 19-20, 2018.

Submitting a form does not automatically guarantee a scholarship. Applicants will be notified by UMKC staff if their application for a scholarship is granted. PLEASE do not register unless you have received a confirmation of your scholarship.

The Charting the LifeCourse Showcase EXPO is a poster session highlighting all the different ways the Charting the LifeCourse framework is being applied across the United States. Supporting Families CoP teams are required to submit a poster, and additional posters may be presented.
